There's no doubt Pramac Racing's Jorge Martin is one of the paddock's brightest talents.

The 2021 Rookie of the Year stormed to one win, three podiums and four pole positions in his debut year.

JORGE MARTIN | Rookie of the Year 2021:

"It has been an incredible year, filled with both highs and lows, from which we have come ot stronger than ever. I would like to thank my team, Ducati, and my family."

Pramac Racing’s Jorge Martin ended the 2021 MotoGP season on a high after taking home the coveted “Rookie of the Year” title. With four fastest poles throughout the year and one race win, Jorge well and truly cemented his place in only his first year riding in the premier motorcycle class. At the last MotoGP race of the year in Valencia, the Spanish rider secured a second-place podium finish on the Pramac Racing Ducati.

My personal view

Man, have you seen Jorge Martin tear it up on the track this year? The dude is on fire and it's no surprise he snagged the Rookie of the Year title in 2021. Martin, with his lightning-quick speed and fearless attitude, has been giving seasoned veterans a run for their money all season long. He's shown some serious skills and determination, not to mention his natural talent for handling those bikes like a pro. This guy is definitely one to watch in the upcoming seasons - I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up becoming a major player in MotoGP in the near future. Keep your eyes peeled for Jorge Martin because he's just getting started!
