The 1992 Malaysian motorbike Grand Prix was the third round of the 1992 Grand Prix motorbike racing season. It took place on the weekend of 17-19 April 1992 at the Shah Alam Circuit.
After victories in the first two races of the year by German rider Ralf Waldmann, who came third on this occasion, Italian Alessandro Gramigni took his first win of the season in Malaysia ahead of compatriot Bruno Casanova.
