The 1990 German motorbike Grand Prix was the fifth round of the 1990 Grand Prix motorbike racing season. It took place on the weekend of 25-27 May 1990 at the Nürburgring race track.

First career victory in the GP125 for Italian rider Doriano Romboni at the wheel of a private Honda, who beat German Dirk Raudies (provisional leader) and Loris Capirossi (second in the championship standings) to the finish line.
