Evan DeCiren's products are unique and only produced once per order. This also means that returns and exchanges are not possible if you have ordered the wrong size or colour or have simply changed your mind.

We do not accept returns.

However, in case of a damaged product or production error, please contact me by providing a clear photo showing the problem within 30 days after delivery of the product. We will evaluate for a refund or replacement.

If the problem involves multiple products using the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one shot will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that Evan DeCiren will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer has ordered the wrong size or colour. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, you may opt for a replacement at an additional cost or a partial refund.

 

For DTG products there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print positioning, which means that small variations in print positioning will not be considered as defects.
